Driven by deep emotional expression and a soaring, legit soprano voice, Alice J. Kimyu has established herself as a captivating presence on both theatrical and concert stages across New York and Asia. Known for her signature interpretations of classic musical theater repertoire, Alice has brought the beloved role of Tuptim (The King and I) to life on multiple professional stages, with other notable credits including Company (April), Dosan (Helen), Guys and Dolls, Spring Awakening, and She Loves Me. Her artistic versatility spans from dramatic book musicals to vibrant live concerts, having performed at premiere New York cabaret hubs like The Green Room 42 and Flushing Town Hall. Looking ahead, Alice is set to expand her international presence this summer, headlining the upcoming "Broadway Trilingual" Concert Series in Seoul and Tokyo, and is deeply involved in developing new theatrical works, including the upcoming Equity staged reading of Rashomon. Alice draws her rich artistry from her advanced training at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee (M.F.A.).
